Meet Matthew Crespin
I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to you all as the new ADHA District VII Trustee, especially those of you who I don’t know or haven't had the pleasure of meeting. I am very excited to serve in this new role during this exciting time for our profession. My name is Matt Crespin and I've been a registered dental hygienist in Wisconsin since 2002. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene from Marquette University in 2002 and received my Master in Public Health from A.T. Still University in 2010. After graduation I worked in private practice in Menomonee Falls, WI for about 4 years before taking a position as the oral health project manager at Children's Health Alliance of Wisconsin (www.chawisconsin.org). I have been with the Alliance for more than 9 years and am currently the Associate Director of the organization and oversee all oral health programming, early literacy programming and provide operational support for the organization of 18. I currently reside in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with my wife Laura, her cat Rhea (yes I said HER cat) and our 13 month old son Connor (if you are my fiend on Facebook you are familiar with him).
I am looking forward to serving in the role of trustee and hope to get the opportunity to work with many of you over the next two years and beyond. I have reached out to state presidents already to get your state leadership rosters and schedules for the coming year and hope to visit your states in the near future.
